I will finish my Sprint Training Plan and I would like to know if I should immediately move to a Olympic program or what should I do to get better on the sprint distance?

Good day Jonatas – great question. An option could be to get an online coach from Trisutto, so that you can now follow a personalized program for the sprint distance, that is tailored and more specific, to your needs, weaknesses, goals, and life schedule.

The plan you followed, is more of “training for the distance” but working with a good coach, is more of “training for the athlete”.

Then, of course, you could repeat the plan you just did and aim to do the workouts, better. As doing more training, or getting the Olympic distance plan, might not be the best option, to make the most of your sprint distance races!
