Coach Mat will create an individual training plan for you, based on your goals, fitness, upcoming races, other commitments in your life; using the same training methods used to train Champions over the last 30 years.
Pricing $149 USD per month (approximately 549 QAR).
– The plan includes coaching support from Mat:
- Communication – 2-3 emails per week, and 1 training schedule adjustment per week
- Training philosophy – learn Trisutto.com principles of periodisation, the training mix, psychology + physiology, athlete development and the use of races within these considerations.
- Swim training – techniques for the individual athlete, use of swim tools, stroke correction.
- Bike training – positioning, technique for the individual athlete, bicycle and component selection, skills, tools.
- Run training – technique for the individual athlete, shoe choice, use of run tools (hills, track, treadmill, road).
- Triathlon – integration of swim, bike and run into the one training approach.
- Stretching – massage, warm up and warm downs.
- Injuries – prevention, treatment, athlete mentality and training around or through them.
- Race execution – strategy for the individual athlete and season goals.
- Nutrition – advice on nutrition.
*** Training plans for Doha TriClub members can be Triathlon, however Cycling and Running specific plans and coaching are also available.
*** Training plans are a monthly subscription. Sign up once, then keep training every month without need to make any more sign ups. When you want to stop the plan, please just ask Coach Mat to do that for you.
