Description
I work with our fabulous group of Trisutto coaches, age group and professional athletes, and coaches studying our Trisutto Certification. As Coaching Director I never know what surprises my day will bring – new training camp locations, mentoring of new coaches, welcoming new athletes into the Trisutto family, travel to races, or assisting our current athletes be the best that they can be.
I coach professional, age group and business executives online, and in training camps 8 to 9 months of the year.
Camps include our 3 month St Moritz summer camp with our Head Coach Brett Sutton; 4 weeks Maui & Kona camp leading into Hawaii Ironman; and 4 months of Australian summer camp on the Sunshine Coast Australia.
Why do you work with Trisutto?
As an amateur athlete my results were unspectacular until I incorporated Trisutto training methods in my own training. I had known of Brett for more than a decade before reaching out to him to discuss training in late 2008. That as they say is history! with the final 4 years of my age group racing the most prolific and result producing. An invitation to coach in early 2012 was the start of working closely with Brett, full time coaching, and starting Trisutto.com
What have you achieved in your coaching career?
Swissman Xtreme Triathlon Female Champion, ITU U23 Swiss & European Champion, 2 x ITU Long Course World Championships (AG), 2 x ITU Short Course World Championships (AG), 70.3 World Championship (AG), multiple Hawaii Ironman and 70.3 World Champs qualifiers, and age group podiums at all distances. Assistant coach for 4 x Ironman World Championships (Pro), 4 x 70.3 World Championships (Pro), ITU World Cup podiums, pro Ironman podiums.
