Susie is a former AG Ironman 70.3 World Champion with over 20 years experience in the sport. As someone who has won seven AG Iron Distance races in her career, Susie knows how to get the best out of herself and others. Being Brett Sutton’s assistant coach, she plays a key role in Trisutto.com's professional and age group programs.

Description
Competing and training for sports has been a part of my life as far back as I can remember (athletics, netball, football and cricket). I was introduced to Triathlon by my husband, Robbie 20 years ago, and it didn't take long to follow suit. I completed many Sprint and Olympic Distance triathlons, approx 50 Half Iron distance races and exactly 20 Ironman Distance races. I have raced in Australia, Europe and North America, including six times in Kona.
Over the past 10 years I have transitioned into a full time coaching role, with Brett as my mentor and I now work directly with Brett as his coaching assistant for members of his training squad.
Why do you work with Trisutto?
8 years ago Brett expressed a goal to become more accessible to the Triathlon community and I have been his assistant with this. We have developed training plans for athletes of all levels, produced very frequent blogs to give insight into Trisutto training techniques and philosophies and have conducted many Triathlon camps at various locations. We continue to broaden our vision to make Trisutto accessible to all members of the triathlon community worldwide.
